Sponsor Licence to Employ Overseas Workers

If you want to employ someone from overseas, you will need a Sponsorship Licence. Until 31 December 2020, this currently applies only to skilled workers from outside the EEA.

Representative of an Overseas Business

You can apply to come to the UK as the Representative of an Overseas Business if you are from outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland.
