At Immigration Legal Services, we know immigration matters can cause anxiety and uncertainty. We know how important it is to feel secure, and as immigration lawyers, our job is to use our knowledge and professionalism to help you find that security.

If there are weaknesses in your application, we will tell you. We will never advise you to make an application that is too weak to succeed. If there are any risks involved, we will let you know up front.

We are meticulous in our work. It is our belief that success lies in thorough preparation. We will not send off an application to the Home Office before we are sure it is the best possible application that can be made, and we do not cut corners.

We do our very best for our clients whatever the situation. Immigration law is a fast moving area and our experienced immigration lawyers make sure they are always up to date with developments.

We treat all our clients and visitors with respect. We are committed to providing a polite, efficient service. Our reception is welcoming and friendly.

When you phone or visit our office with a new enquiry, we will discuss your needs and, if appropriate, make arrangements for you to see or speak to one of our lawyers.

If the matter is urgent you will be able to see or speak to one of our immigration solicitors before the end of the next working day.

When you contact us by email we will respond to you within one working day.

If you call your lawyer and she is not available, she or another lawyer will call you back the same day.

We will keep you informed about the progress of your matter.
