Fixed Fees and Transparent Pricing

What does an immigration lawyer cost at Immigration Legal Services?

We are clear and open about our immigration lawyer costs. We operate mainly on a fixed fee basis. At the start of your matter, we will tell you what it will cost. We make a small extra charge for administration costs and, if we need to use an expert witness, you will need to pay for that.

If you want more detailed advice, we offer a one-off advice service for a fixed fee. You will receive a written letter of detailed advice.

The fixed fee will only change if there are substantial changes in your circumstances which need significant extra work. Otherwise, the fixed fee is what you will pay.

Fee Packages

We can offer packages - for example we can offer a discount if you ask us to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain and then British Citizenship; or if you ask us to apply for permission to enter the UK as a fiance and then permission to remain as a husband, wife or civil partner.
