Private Life Applications

If you have lived continuously but unlawfully in the UK for long periods, it may be possible to obtain lawful immigration status.

Adult Dependant Visa

UK Immigration Law allows non-British dependent adult relatives from outside the EEA to come to live with British citizens or those with Indefinite Leave to Remain.

Child Permission to Stay

You must apply to extend your permission to stay in the UK if you have entered as the child of a person living in the UK with Limited Leave to Remain.

Parent Permission to Stay

You must apply to extend your permission to stay in the UK if you have entered as the parent of a British citizen.

Child Dependant Visa from Outside the UK

If you are in the UK, you may be able to bring your child from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to live permanently with you.

Spouse or Partner Permission to Stay

For those wish to extend their stay in the UK as the Spouse or Partner of a British Citizen or someone who holds Indefinite Leave to Remain.

The Spouse/Partner Visa is for those who want to enter the UK to live long-term with their partner, who is British or who holds Indefinite Leave to Remain (the 'Sponsor').
