Citizens from the European Economic Area and their families already living in the UK before 31 December 2020 should have applied for Settled or Pre-Settled Status before 30 June 2021 to ensure they can continue living legally in the UK after Brexit. For those who missed the deadline, it is still possible to apply but applicants must give evidence of good reasons why they missed the deadline. If you are coming to live in the UK after 31 December 2020, you will need to satisfy new immigration rules to obtain EU Settled Status.
We can advise on, prepare and submit your application for EU Settled Status or Pre-Settled Status, and provide our expertise if you have made an application yourself and been refused. Contact us today to speak to our office and arrange a free 20 minute consultation.
