Government Increases Checks on Companies Employing Migrant Workers

The Government grants Sponsorship licences to employers enabling them to recruit from overseas, if they are otherwise struggling to find staff. There has since been an increase in enforcement activity to ensure employers are not employing migrant workers illegally.
