People who were given British Citizenship or Indefinite Leave to Remain under the 'Windrush' scheme may be entitled to compensation if they suffered losses as a result of their previous lack of formal immigration status, for example in relation to employment, health, housing and education.
The compensation scheme can extend in some circumstances to the family members of the person concerned.
The Home Office held a recent online event designed to help people find out more about Windrush Compensation.
There are no upcoming events currently but you can find more information here.
