Student Visa

If you want to study at school or university in the UK and are from outside the European Economic Area (EEA), you need a Tier 4 Student Visa.

Skilled Worker Visa

There is a wide range of jobs in the UK that are available to overseas workers from outside the European Economic Area that require a Tier 2 Work Visa.

Innovator Visa

The Innovator visa is for those from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who want to set up business in the UK and who have £50,000 to invest.

Start Up Visa

The Start Up Visa is for new entrepreneurs who want to develop a business idea in the UK. The business must promise a wider benefit to the UK economy.

The new Global Talent Visa allows exceptionally talented individuals from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to come to the UK.

Tier 1 Investor Visa Extension

If your Tier 1 Investor Visa is about to expire, it is vitally important that you apply to extend the Visa before it expires if you want to remain legally in the UK.
